, 23, of 1424 Bay St., Springfield, held on $1,000 cash bail pending an August 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of a Class B drug, defrauding a restaurant and furnishing false name/SSN to police, brought by Westfield police.
Ralph E. Starkey, 41, of 7 Upper Church St., Apt. 104, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of failing to stop for police, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulation, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, amended to subsequent offense, brought by Southwick police.
Maryorie Rios, 32, of 126 Union St., Apt. 907, was released on her personal recognizance pending an August 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Benjamin T. Breault, 23, of 4 Huntington Road, Blandford, was released in lieu of $40 bail pending an August 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of speeding, motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards, not having an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by State Police Russell.
Shaun A. Mann, 23, of 1163 Elm St., 2nd Fl, West Springfield, received three months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding at arraignment and was found not responsible for lights violation, brought by Westfield police.
Crystal L. Ortona, 28, of 55 Day Ave., received one year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation, fined $707.76 and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding and charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and driving the wrong way on a state highway, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
Jonathan Pedraza, 23, of 126 Union St., Apt. 6-6, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued without finding at arraignment, to be dismissed upon payment of $50, brought by Westfield police.
