Michael G. Miller, 51, of 51B Main St., Monson, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 8 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250, brought by Southwick Police.
Nicolas Pugliano, 21, of 20 Alfred St., Agawam, received an assessment after being found responsible for motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards. Also, a charge of fail to stop for police had admission to sufficient facts but continued without a finding until Oct. 20, 2017 and charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding were dismissed nolle prosequi. Charges originally brought by Southwick Police.
Kimberly A. Donovan, 53, of 785 Center St., Ludlow, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, negligent operation of motor vehicle and no inspection/sticker, brought by Southwick Police.
