Robert E. Kelley, III, 41, of 227 Southwick St., Feeding Hills, received a one-year sentence to the House of Correction, credit for time served, after pleading guilty to charges of larceny over $250 and vandalizing property, brought by Southwick police; he received a concurrent one-year sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty to separate charges of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police; and he received a concurrent one-year sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty to separate charges of possession to distribute a Class D drug, amended to subsequent offense and had charges of assault and battery and distributing a Class D drug, brought by Agawam police, dismissed.
