Robert E. Kelley III, 39, of 227 Southwick St., Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Nicholas W. Arkoette, 26, of 93 Sackett Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Eric A. Berrios, 18, of 4 Crown St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 20 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Christina M. Allen, 32, of 625 Montgomery Road, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed by order of the court.
Devon M. Florek, 17, of 8 Curtis Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Southwick police.
Karen Morassi, 58, of 39 Beach St., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 28 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of obtaining drugs by fraud and conspiracy to violate a drug law brought by Southwick police.
William R. Welch, 33, of 1 Klondike Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of trespass and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Matthew J. Daigneault-Alaimo, 24, of 15 Pinewood Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought as separate cases by Westfield, Southwick and state police and in each case the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year and he was assessed $50. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding brought by Westfield police.
Brian J. Wood, 37, of 39 Beech Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of obtaining a drug by fraud, conspiracy to violate a drug law and larceny of property valued less than $25 brought by Southwick police.
J.R. A. Heffner, 22, of 84 Robin Ridge Road, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Brad J. Scanlon, 17, of 11 Fowler Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Southwick police.
Robin Wilcox, 41, of 131 Summer Drive, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 28 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, vandalizing property and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
John P. Bellott, 55, of 455 Firetown Road, Simsbury, Conn., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Ryan E. Humason, 32, of 80 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a change of address brought by State Police.
Kelly A. Halloran, 28, of 7 Lincoln St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Steven J. Halloran, 25, of 29 Southgate Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of failure to dim headlights brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $35 and charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration were not prosecuted.
Douglas M. Diehl, 53, of 76 Brookline Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
