Derek W. Webb, 23, of 868 Southampton Road, Lot 32, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment of $350 due by September 4, and was found not responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
David E. Phillips, 43, of 3 Jefferson St., Apt. Right, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault on family/household member, amended to assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Brain A. Moreau, 52, of 68 Bolieau Terrace, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by State Police Russell.
Jacqueline Roches, 43, of 28 Claremont St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 31 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police.
Alejandro Rodriguez, Jr., 39, of 12 W. School St., Front Apt., had charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after witness failed to prosecute.
