, 25, of 172 Dorset St., Springfield, received a six month sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty to two counts of violating an abuse prevention order, possessing a Class C drug and malicious destruction of property over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Amanda Filippone, 29, of 80 Riverdale St., West Springfield, received one year probation and ordered to pay $50 per month during first six months of probation after pleading guilty to larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Benjamin Sanchez, 27, of 24 E. Silver St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of defrauding a restaurant, brought by Westfield police.
Zuleika Vargas, 23, of 15 Girard Ave., #702, Springfield, was found not responsible for marked lanes violation at arraignment and had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed upon payment of $50.
Alejandro Monet, 20, of 95 Linden St., Apt. 1L, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 26 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and person under 21 possessing liquor, brought by Westfield police.
Ronald J. Wierzbowski, 43, of 697 Old Westfield Road, Granville, was sentenced to 60 days suspended sentence in the House of Correction with probation until January 7, 2016 and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, second offense, brought by State Police Russell.
Jeffrey Popoli, 40, of 60 Old Farms Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, brought by private complaint.
Alden M. Allen, 28, of 1112 Willow Glen Drive, Denham Springs, Louisiana, was released on his personal recognizance and ordered to stay away from the victim pending a September 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
