Nicholas Alaimo, 18, of 11 Granville Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Patrick D. Millar, 28, of 1172 Huntington Road, Russell, was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a July 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by State Police.
Andrew T. St. Germain, 26, of 1841 East Mountain Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.

Carlos M. Ortiz, 41, of 453 Taylor St., Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Theresa F. Mosher, 47, of 324 Russell Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield at an intersection brought by Westfield police.
Aleksandra Tereshchuk, 21, of 33 Miller St., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and was ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22. His license was suspended for 45 days and he was assessed $350. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation were not prosecuted. In a separate case brought by Westfield police, he pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious damage to a motor vehicle and was placed on probation for one year.
Ryan A. Pasquini-Pezzini, 20, of 183 Gun Club Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a number plate violation and was assessed $35. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without its registration in his possession.
Joshua D. Lemanski, 33, of 27 E. Bartlett St., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense.
Christopher J. Labelle, 27, of 14 Ward Ave., Easthampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police.
Ashley R. Bartoski, 24, of 52 Westfield St., West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Edward D. Maxwell, 49, of 25C Old South Road, Nantucket, saw charges of operation of a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee.
Mark E. Prest Jr., 30, of 28 Parker Ave, saw a charge of operation of a motor vehicle with suspended registration dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee.
