Joseph Carrier, 34, of 10 Sixth Ave., Quincy, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $35.
Jared R. Graham, 21, of P.O. Box 211, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by State Police.
Ryan Poulin, 21, of 372 Montgomery Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Craig E. Calderara, 19, of 41 Melrose St., Adams, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $35.
