Myriam L. Rivera, 24, of 66 Decatur St., Charlestown, received three months probation and ordered to pay $710 after pleading guilty to trespassing and possessing a firearm without an FID card while charges of shoplifting by asportation, amended to a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
Kenneth Garrett, 44, of 44 Forest Ave., had charges of distributing a Class B drug, brought by Westfield police, dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
Timothy R. Broden, 25, of 4 St. Paul St., had charges of assault and battery, brought by Southwick police, dismissed without prejudice after the victim failed to appear.
Jonathan O. Savard, 22, of 107 Kensington Ave., Springfield, received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation, ordered to pay $489.87 in restitution and ordered to stay away from the witnesses, after charges of destruction of property over $250, brought by Westfield police, were continued without finding.
Normand H. Woodward, 32, of 8 Camp Jahn Road, Southampton, received two years probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, sentenced to a 14-day inpatient program and received a two-year loss of license after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, subsequent offense, and received concurrent probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage were continued without finding; he was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, being in possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding, while charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
