Justin M. Allen, 23, 26 Pineywood Lane, Southwick, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of improper use of a credit card and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Norman Colon, 35, of 67 Norman St., West Springfield, was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by State Police and was assessed $50. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Belinda Kreuser aka Belinda Evans, 38, of 38 Ridge St., Chicopee, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 30 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of making annoying telephone calls brought by Westfield police in 1995.
Frank Sollitto, 41, of 8 Sefton Drive, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Renee S. Dingham, 26, of 583 Chicopee St., Chicopee, was found to be responsible for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Joseph R. Campbell, 33, of 110 Point Grove Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was fined $200. He was assessed $300, found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation and assessed an additional $100.
