Marshall A. Seibold, III, 50, of 868 Southampton Road #49, Westfield, had a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, amended to assault, admitted to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding for one year, brought by Southwick Police.
Kaitlyn M. Small, 27, of 288 Oak St., Apt. 3RA, Holyoke, was released on $500 bail pending an Aug. 31 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny by check under $250, two counts utter false check, one count attempt to commit crime and one count receive stolen property -$250, brought by Westfield Police.
