Brett S. O’Connor, 22, of 220 Springdale Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of failure to stop for police brought by Westfield police.
Joseph V. Penna, 24, of 61 S. Westfield St., Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of threatening to commit a crime, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Paula M. Santos, 50, of 14 Carrington Road, Montgomery, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, intimidating a witness, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct brought by State Police.
Thomas C. Rossi, 59, of 435 Bardswell Ferry, Conway, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Donald E. Lafield, 51, of 14 Carrington Road, Montgomery, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by State Police.
Jyum Reed, 30, of 9 Morris St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Christopher E. LaPlante, 29, of 112 W. Silver St., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a July 10 hearing after the was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and receiving stolen property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Constantino S. Sfakios, 27, of 23 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police.
Jason R. Beaumier, 42, of 12 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Jacqueline Coyne, 40, of 12 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
