, 29, of 26 Loomis St., was ordered to pay $1,000 after charges of possessing/selling/buying an endangered species, to be dismissed upon payment, were continued without finding, and charges of hunting/fishing in closed season, brought by Environmenal police, were dismissed.
Michael D. Keier, 20, of 15 Avery St., received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to stay away from the victim after charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Southwick police, were continued without finding.
James Pavlica, 18, of 261 Forest Glen St., West Springfield, received three months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to serve 25 hours of community service, to be dismissed upon payment and upon completion of community service, after charges of shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise, brought by Westfield police, were continued without finding at arraignment.
Alicia A. Hansen, 32, of 130 Valley View Ave., Apt. B, Woronoco, received a 127-day suspended sentence to the House of Correction with one year probation after pleading guilty to two counts of larceny under $250; received one year concurrent probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation and be subjected to random drug testing, after two counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and charges of utter false check, brought by Westfield police, were continued without finding. Hansen also received three months concurrent probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after separate charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding; charges of possessing a Class C drug were dismissed for plea purposes; and she was found not responsible for charges of failing to stop/yield and not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police. Additionally, Hansen received one year concurrent probation after separate charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, brought by Westfield police, were continued without finding.
Jimmy Jacobs, 31, of 130 Valley View Ave., Apt. B, Woronoco, received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and be subjected to random drug testing after charges of possession of heroin, brought by Westfield police, were continued without finding.
Earl M. Bunnell, III, 56, of 101 Abbott St., Springfield, was sentenced to six months in the House of Correction plus 18 months probation following release, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $550, ordered to attend a certified batterer’s intervention program and ordered to stay away from the victim after pleading guilty to assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield Police. Bunnell also received two years concurrent probation after pleading guilty to separate charges of violating an abuse prevention order, assault and battery on +60/disabled person with injury, amended to assault and battery and assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Corey O’Donnell, 30, of 9 Lockhouse Road, Apt. B, was released on his own recognizance pending an August 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Hollie L. Rys, 24, of 60 Monson Road, Brimfield, had charges of witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Shaun R. Stanton, 32, of 6 Silver St., Apt. B, Great Barrington, was sentenced to 90 days in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of a Class A drug and had charges of conspiracy to violate drug law, brought by State Police Russell, dismissed.
Peter B. Knowles, 23, of 8 Crestview Road, Littleton, had charges of disturbing the peace dismissed after paying $150 and charges of selling/delivering liquor to person under 21, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after paying $300.
