Diane Bielecki, 55, 39 Crestwood St., Chicopee, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Southwick police.
Sergio G. Ruiz, 25, of 127 Sylvan St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Nathaniel E. Arkoette, 30, of 1139 Westfield St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Merle R. Crump, 73, of 20 Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Michael Bascom, 33, of 18 Granville Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
