Michael P. Hurley, 27, of 28 Schley St., Chicopee, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 23 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250, brought by the Westfield Police.
Jay W. Sandidge, 23, of 6 Noble Ave., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 31 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250 from someone aged 60 or older or disabled, brought by the Westfield Police.
Joshua J. Palazzi, 26, of 73 Dickinson Dr., Granville, was released on personal recognizance pending a July 25 hearing after being arraigned on two charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and state highway traffic violation, brought by the Southwick Police.
Alexander Placzek, 19, of 84 Valley View Ave., Russell, was released on personal recognizance and a restraining order pending an Aug. 31 hearing after being arraigned on two counts of assault and battery, assault and battery on a person 60 or older or disabled with serious injury, assault with a dangerous weapon, trespassing, disorderly conduct and unarmed robbery, brought by State Police Russell.
