Rafael Rios Sr., 54, of 8 Pearl St., was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration (a subsequent offense) and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards and for a motor vehicle lights violation and a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Jessica G. Boisseau, 26, of 3 School St., Chester, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 23 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny from a building brought by State Police.
Jonathan Medina, 19, of 170 Tremont St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more that $250 brought by State Police.
Nicholas R. Cote, 24, of no fixed address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of unarmed robbery brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a nine month term in the house of correction. In a separate case brought by Agawam police, Cote saw a charge of resisting arrest not prosecuted.
Jeremy R. Hall, 29, of 56 Kane Brothers Circle, was ordered to remain alcohol free and be subject to random testing when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of property damage accident brought by Westfield police. The charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year and he was assessed $50. A charge of operating under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.
Matthew W. Phaneuf, 50, of 796 Worthington St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction.
Jeremy R. Eickelberg, 26, of 2355 Westfield St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
