Kurt G. Langheld, 59, of 7 Mockingbird Lane, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, brought by Southwick Police.
Grant B. Haywood, 29, of 7 North Pacific St., Pittsfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, marked lanes violation and speeding, brought by Russell Police.
Jeremy D. Strong, 26, of 90 Pine Hill Road, Russell, received 18-month sentence to House of Corrections suspended for one year after pleading guilty to possession of class A drug subsequent offense, with a charge of disorderly conduct also being pleaded guilty, filed with defendant’s consent for one year, brought by Russell State Police.
Kyle V. Garrant, 35, of 14 Calvin St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.
Kayla Gotay, 24, of 140 Union St., Westfield, was released on $500 bail and with pretrial conditions pending a July 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield Police.
