Michael J. Consolini, 28, of 72 Roseland Ave., West Springfield, was released on his own recognizance pending a July 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police.
Joshua R. Kudelka, 25, of 6 Paper St., was released on his own recognizance and ordered to stay away from the victim pending a July 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and destruction of property over $250 brought by Westfield police.
Steven A. Cruickshanks, 43, of 82 North Lake Ave., Southwick, was released in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and ordered to stay away from the victim pending an August 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, assault with a dangerous weapon, felony charge of kidnapping with a firearm, witness/juror/court official intimidation and threat to commit a crime brought by Southwick police.
Kyle B Toee, 30, of 112 Main St., Apt. E, was released on his own recognizance pending a July 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failing to stop/yield brought by Westfield police.
Alexis Oquendo, 35, of 126 Union St., B9 Apt. 7, was released in lieu of $100 cash bail and ordered to stay away from the victim pending an August 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 brought by Westfield police.
