Melinda R. Czupkiewicz, 20, of 44 Hagan Ave., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 2 hearing after being arraigned on two charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.
Ralph E. Starkey, 43, of 7 Upper Church St., West Springfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending an April 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order and annoying telephone calls/electronic communications, brought by Southwick Police.
