Michael L. Niquette, 56, of 349 North Loomis St., Southwick, saw charges assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and assault and battery on a person older than 60 years-of-age or disabled brought by Southwick police dismissed without prejudice at the request of the victim when she asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Jeffrey D. Krawczyk, 26, of 36 Stuart Place, was ordered to remain home unless accompanied by an adult family member and ordered to take all prescribed medications when he was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of inhaling glue or a toxic substance brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Krawczyk was again released on the same conditions after he was arraigned on the same charge.
Adam J. Gerlip, 25, of 21 Kane , submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $707.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation were not prosecuted.
Brandon R. Noe, 19, of 168 Otis Stage Road, Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of vandalizing property, breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by State Police.
Kristopher M. Carrington, 23, of 93 S. Maple St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to violate drug laws and distribution of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey LaValley, 48, of 18 Spring St., Windsor, Connecticut submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Robert S. Scott, 19, of 75 Montgomery Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of vandalizing property, breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by State Police.
Angel Martinez, 24, of 83 Ontario St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by State Police.
