James T. Longey, 47, of 470 N. Westfield St., Feeding Hills, had charges of misdemeanor breaking and entering, and trespass, brought by Westfield police, dismissed and had separate charges of two counts of false/silent 911 call and two counts of false crime report, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Andrew Lemieux, 25, of 421 N. Westfield St., Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault & battery, brought by Westfield police.
Donald Costigan, 53, of no known address, was placed on one-year probation after charges of larceny of motor vehicle were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Shawn A. Barrett, 45, of 81 S. Maple St., was placed on one-year probation after charges of larceny of motor vehicle were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
