Evan Z. Derosia, 29, of 48 Kline Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed sale or possession of an assault weapon brought by Southwick police.
Jared Roselli, 30, of 26 Otis St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 15 hearing after he was arraigned on four charges of uttering a false check and a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey Cousineau, 53, of 9B Union Ave., pleaded guilty to seven charges of distribution of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to seven concurrent two year terms in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. He was assessed $90.
Katherine Cousineau, 56, or 95 North Elm St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for four charges of being present where heroin is kept brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for nine months. She was assessed $90 and a fifth charge of being present where heroin is kept was not prosecuted.
Brendan R. Tefft, 22, of 209 Gaffney Road, Oakham, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds and improper storage of a large capacity firearm brought by Westfield State University police.
Nicholass C. Van Gelder, 20, of 1036 Main Road, Granville, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of hunting under the influence of drugs brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of misleading an investigation was not prosecuted.
Sean Foley, 19, of 109 Sewall-Wood Road, Melrose, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class C drug brought by Westfield State University police and a charge of distribution of a Class C drug was not prosecuted.
Kevin M. Brousseau, 25, of 287 Connecticut Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor, a number plate violation and a tire tread depth violation brought by State Police.
Anita I. Ruge, 21, of 356 Valley View Drive, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 14 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
David Centeno, 22, of 396 Main St., Indian Orchard, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to an 18 month terms in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a charge imposed in a different case. In the same case he also pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and was sentenced to a 60 day concurrent term in the house of corr3ectioin with credit for time served. Charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and a number plate violation to conceal identification were not prosecuted.
Alexander E. Audet, 22, of 5 Grandview St., Southwick submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for two years. He was assessed $50 and was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding and a marked lanes violation.
