Richard A. Scorzafava,
29, of 270 Munger Hill Road, was released on $500 cash bail after being arraigned on charges of possession to distribute Class A drug, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, possession of Class B drug, negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation, brought by Westfield police.
Thomas N. Gezotis, III, 35, of 122 Sandisfield Road, Sandisfield, was placed on one year probation after charges of possession of Class A drug and marked lanes violation were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police, and was placed on one year concurrent probation for separate charges of possession of Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
David C. Catarino, 28, of 158 Gamache Drive, Ludlow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property, brought by Westfield police.
John A. Suslik, 54, of 24 Murray Ave., was released on $500 cash bail pending an April 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of strangulation or suffocation and assault & battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Peter M. Chistolini, 31, of 59 St. Dennis St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 26 hearing after being arraigned on two separate charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, brought by Westfield police.
Steven Rutledge, 38, of 68 High St., Bristol, Conn., was placed on one-year probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding and had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Ashely A. Smith, 28, of 16 Bates St., was placed on three months probation and fined $100, to be dismissed upon payment, after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding, and was found not responsible for no inspection sticker and unregistered motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Andre E. Korobkov, 21, of 69 Sam West Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation, brought by Southwick police.
David E. Phillips, 43, of 3 Jefferson St., was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending an April 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
