Caroline Smart, 20, of 374 Front St., Weymouth, was placed on one-year pretrial probation on charges of assault and battery of a family/household member, witness/juror/police/court official intimidation and kidnapping, brought by Westfield police.
Lyrisa M. Whitehurst, 27, of 11 Maplewood Terrace, Springfield, was sentenced to six-months in the Western Mass. Regional Women’s Correctional Center, after pleading guilty to larceny over $250 and pleading guilty to separate charges of larceny over $250 and had charges of shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Julia L. Zana, 24, of 188 A Falls Terrace, Oakville, Conn., was sentenced to six-months probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage were continued without finding and had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Afsheen Bahrehmand, 23, of 92 Gary Drive, was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a May 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police.
Tyler G. Lyttle, 23, of 140 Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of felony breaking and entering vehicle/boat nighttime and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Jonathan R. Morales, 27, of 7 Union Court, Easthampton, was placed on six-months pretrial probation for charges of resisting arrest and was found responsible for disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police.
