Christina N. Smola, 23, of 56 Colony Road, West Springfield, had a charge of juror fail to attend dismissed upon the request of the Commonwealth.
Douglas G. Jaeger, Jr., 29, of 342 Southwick Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance with pretrial conditions pending a May 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, strangulation or suffocation and cruelty to an animal, brought by Westfield Police.
Kurtis A. Gendron, 35, of 105 Lakeview St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance with pretrial conditions pending an April 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor—third offense, brought by Southwick Police.
