Michael T. Pelullo, 28, of 28 Harlo Clark Road, Huntington, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. He was fined $750, assessed 350 and found to be responsible for a mot r vehicle lights violation.
Jayne A. Lanham, 56, of 74 Loveland Road, North Granby, Connecticut, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 7 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Joseph R. Franzen, 28, of no fixed address in Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Jose Gonzalez, 24, of 30 Plateau Circle, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
