Richard E. Grabiec, III, 50, of 215 Bates Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, brought by Westfield Police.
Patrick R. Madrid, 32, of 49 Powdermill Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 31 hearing, after being arraigned on charges of failing to stop/yield, operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and possession of a class B drug, brought by Southwick Police.
