Janet L. Fong, 46, of 71 Woodmont St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Justin D. Beaumier, 39, of 126 Main St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim did not appear in court.
Steven J. Nikiel, 37, of 8 Conner Ave., saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim did not appear in court.
Oleg A. Igumnov, 34, of 16 Sheldon Lane, was ordered to remain alcohol free and be subject to random testing when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor, a second offense, brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas J. Distefano, 27, of 2 Maria Drive, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Heidi Kogut, 33, of 160 Point Grove Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim did not appear in court.
Thomas J. Keating, 27, of 71 Pontoosic Road, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim.
Dave A. Laguer, 23, of 297 Elm St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.

Corey Huard, 33, of 126 Union St., pleaded guilty to two charges of uttering a counterfeit note and a charge of possession of a counterfeit note and was placed on probation for three months. He was assessed $90.
Andrew P. Eagan, 23, of 4 Maple St., Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Derek W. Webb, 20, of 44 Mechanic St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim did not appear in court.
Darreck A., Berthiaume, 22, of 810 Southampton Road, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Dana P. Osowski, 30, of Free Street, was ordered to pay restitution of $229 and saw a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim.
