Robert L. Laflamme, 50, of 123 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, was released on $2,500 personal surety and with pretrial conditions pending a May 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of alcohol—fourth or greater offense and possessing an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, brought by Southwick Police.
Michael A. Leavy, 62, of 71 Wilson Ave., Chicopee, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending an April 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of three counts shoplifting by asportation—third offense, malicious destruction of property +$250, trespass, armed robbery and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield Police.
Grady K. Hughes, 20, of 356 Loomis St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 19 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield Police.
