Albert J. Scafuri, 53, of 22 Feeding Hills Road, saw a charge of being a fugitive from justice brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Seth J. Craig, 34, of 368 Blandford Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by State Police.
Anita I. Ruge, 21, of 356 Valley View Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Michael S. Grabowicz, 29, of 71 Beverly Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a Class A drug brought by State Police.
Kyle S. Cianfarani, 22, of 258 Prince John Drive, Becket, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by State Police.
Sebastian J. Glebocki, 18, of 730 Montgomery Road, saw a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Timothy Shea, 18, of 11 Independence Road, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600 and his license was suspended for 210 days. A charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor was not prosecuted and he was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield.
Randi Herrera-Diaz, 21, of 134 Dana Ave., Hyde Park, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a public employee and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield State University police.
Shane S. Murray, 22, of 32 Tanglewood Road, Sterling, saw a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police ordered to be dismissed upon completion of 15 hours of community service.
Nicholas Ryan Welby, 21, of 88 Riverfield Road, Taunton, saw a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police ordered to be dismissed upon completion of 15 hours of community service.
Nicholas Anthony Franco, 22, of 22 Cypress Lane, Orangeburg, New York, saw a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police ordered to be dismissed upon completion of 15 hours of community service.
Matthew D. Tanner, 21, of 11 Orchard Lane, Plainville, Connecticut, saw a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police ordered to be dismissed upon completion of 15 hours of community service.
Adam P. Giammarco, 22, of 30 Longmeadow St., Medfield, saw a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police ordered to be dismissed upon completion of 15 hours of community service.
