Jason M. Laflamme, 38, of 355 N. Main St., South Hadley, had charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle and failing to notify RMV of name/address change, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Timothy M. Mahoney, 35, of 37 Miller St., had the following charges dismissed at victim’s request: larceny of credit card, larceny over $250 by single scheme and two counts of improper use of credit card under $250, brought by Westfield police.
