Andrew J. Guiel, 26, of 121 Ridgeway Drive, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, brought by Southwick Police.
Allison J. Spadorcia, 25, of 1109 Halladay Ave., Suffield, Conn., was released on $200 cash bail pending a May 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of wanton destruction of property over $250, malicious damage to motor vehicle, operator use improperly mobile phone, negligent operation of motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol second offense, brought by Russell State Police.
Nicholas Rivera, 49, of 419 Montcalm St., Chicopee, had charges of larceny from person, amended to larceny under $250, brought by Westfield Police, dismissed at request of victim.
Ryan Hill, 42, of 160 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was placed on six months probation after charges of assault & battery on family/household member were continued without finding and was placed on concurrent six months probation after separate charges of violating an abuse prevention order were continued without finding, brought by Southwick Police.
Jeffrey R. Asher, 27, of 63 Emerson Road, Longmeadow, had charges of assault, brought by Russell State Police, after victim and witness assert their 5th Amendment rights and had the following separate charges, brought by Russell State Police, dismissed at request of victim: malicious destruction of property under $250, larceny from building, larceny over $250, cruelty to animal and threat to commit crime.
