Daniel Colson, 41, of 9 Cleveland Ave., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a May 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $250 and possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.
Michael R. Rossman, 38, of 9 Cleveland Ave., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a May 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $250 and possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.
Michael J. Muranko, 36, of 103 Court St., was held without right to bail without prejudice pending determination of his competency to stand trial after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on ambulance personnel brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Muranko was again held without right to bail without prejudice pending determination of his competency to stand trial after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery on ambulance personnel and a charge of disorderly conduct.
