Alexander Bokalitz, Jr., 56, of 21 Day Ave., was placed on three-months probation after pleading guilty to larceny under $250 amended to shoplifting subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Jamaries V. Ruiz, 42, of 13 Conner Ave., was placed on six-months probation and ordered to pay $9,400 in restitution after charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Joseph M. Pasterczyk, 52, of 566 Massachusetts Ave., Boston, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Emmanuel G. Diaz, 26, of 12 Franklin Ave., was released in lieu of $350 cash bail pending a June 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, marked lanes violation, speeding, failing to stop for police, failing to stop/yield, negligent operation of motor vehicle, possession to distribution Class B drug subsequent offense and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield police.
