Leslie L. Hernandez, 34, of 126 Union St., was released on $500 cash bail pending a May 1 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges possession of a Class B drug and charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm without a FID card brought by Westfield police.
Jorge Lopez, 27, of 25 Bayer St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $7,500 cash bail pending a May 1 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges possession of a Class B drug and charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm without a FID card brought by Westfield police.
Josue Torres-Colon, 37, of 126 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of being present where heroin was kept and possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police but he was held on a probation detainer issued by a different court.
Petro M. Makarchuk, 19, of 825 Maple St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $100 court fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Michael J. Goss, 35, of186 West Meadowview, Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $300.
Jose D. Rivera, 22, of 15 Girard Ave., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police and was fined $500.
Cesar A. Adorno, 32, of 129 N. Elm St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the named victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 18 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Brandon R. Apperson, 22, of 11 Granville Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield.
John K. Dougherty, 31, of 9 Robin Road, Southwick submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a Class A drug brought by Agawam police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation.
Jacob Fraser, 19, of 48 Sarah J Circle, Haverhill, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield State University police.
