Justin Mabb, 25, of 19 Lockhouse Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was fined $626. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
John Serra, 42, of 13 Wood St., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Paige Roberts, 26, of 672 Main Road, Granville, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Christopher Roberts, 34, of 67 Shaker Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was fined $625. He was assessed $50.
Keith E. Phillips, 57, of 71 Jefferson St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days.
