Erin M. Pero, 32, of 24 Summer St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of shoplifting by asportation, assault and battery with dangerous weapon, shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by concealing merchandise and larceny of property valued less than $25 brought as two cases by Westfield police. In each case, the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months and she was assessed $50. In both cases she was ordered to stay away from the victims.
Tyler S. Bingle, 21, of 89 Alfred St., Agawam, was enjoined from making any threats or violence and ordered to comply with all protective orders when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Jeremy H. Bradley, 25, of 259 Valley View Road was enjoined from making any threats or violence when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Gregory Hoskins, 46, of 126 Union St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail or $5,000 surety pending a June 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, intimidating a witness, possession of a Class E drug and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
