Joseph M. George, 32, of 19 Athol St., Springfield, was indicted on six charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, five charges of larceny from a building and a charge of larceny of a firearm brought as six separate cases by Westfield police. In each case, George was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a June 14 hearing.
Emily J. Borden, 22, of 79 Elbert Road, Agawam, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a disabled person brought by Westfield police.
Richard J. Martin, 48, of 206 Blisswood Village Drive, Ludlow, was enjoined from abusing the victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Evan M. Cioffi, 18, of 308 Springfield Road, was released to house arrest except for verified medical and legal appointments and community service pending a July 11 hearing and subjected to electronic monitoring after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police.
Joanna L. Lamere, 24, of 9 Morris Ave., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to lack of evidence.
Gamaliel Agosto, 19, of 26 West School St., was ordered to abide by all protective orders when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Evan J. Fontaine, 19, of 181 Springfield Road, was ordered to stay away from the victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police.
Wilfredo Gonzalez, 42, of 18 Green Acre Square, Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Alberto E. Morales, 20, of 42 Chapel St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $100.
Michael D. Miles, 38, of 9 Beekman Drive, Agawam, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of $100 court costs for each charge. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
