Tinelle S. Guzman, 22, of 129 Franklin St., saw a charge of assault and battery dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and declined to testify. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Dennis O. Rosa-Roman, 21, of 94 Pearl St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Rosa-Roman was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property value more than $250.
Joshua A. DeJesus, 32, of 73 Farnum Drive, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Katelyn M. Wroth, 24, of 6 Two States Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Nicholas Rufo, 25, of 20 Southwick Road, Westfield, saw a charge of being a fugitive from justice brought by State Police dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Vittorio Ferentino, 52, of 131 College Highway, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Southwick police.
John P. Bellott, 54, of 455 Firetown Road, Simsbury, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
