Matthew D. Pieciak, 30, of P.O. Box 62, Huntington, was released on his own recognizance pending a July 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police.
Jessica L. Hart, 31, of 20 Bellevue Ave., Ware, was released after posting $40 bail pending a July 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Tasha K. Vachon, 22, of P.O. Box 1304, was released on her own recognizance pending a July 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and not having an inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Josephat J. Verdon, 29, with no known address, had charges of assault and battery on a family member dismissed and was ordered to have no contact with the victim brought by Westfield police.
Amy Savoy, 32, of 44 Basket St., Huntington, was placed on one year probation, ordered to serve 48 hours of community service, and paid a $50 fine after being charged with four counts of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Marissa A. Decillis, 35, of 324 Russell Road, Apt. B., was sentenced to serve 127 days of a one year sentence in the house of correction, received one year probation, a fine of $620, and ordered to drug/alcohol testing, after being found guilty of one count of larceny under $250 with charges of one count of larceny over $250 dismissed for plea purposes brought by Westfield police.
Adam Hibert, 27, of 25 Hagen Ave., was released on his own recognizance pending a July 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of two felony counts of breaking and entering during daytime, larceny over $250, and larceny under $250 and ordered to stay away from the victim brought by Westfield police.
Patrick Graves, 30, 204 Hanson Drive, Springfield, had charges of driving on a suspended license dismissed after paying $200 and received 60 days probation while charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police Russell were dismissed.
Jay W. Sandidge, 22, of 160 Prospect Street Ext., received one year probation, ordered to a receive mental health treatment and attend a batterer’s program, pay $50 per month during probation, and ordered to stay away from the victim after charges of assault and battery on a family member, brought by Westfield police, were continued without a finding. Sandidge was also released after posting $100 bail pending a June 3 hearing after being charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
