Andrew Gruska, 20, of 10 Cedar St., Southwick, was placed on one year probation after charges of violating an abuse prevention order were continued without finding and placed on concurrent one year probation after separate charges of violating an abuse prevention order and annoying telephone calls/electronic communications were continued without finding, brought by Southwick police.
Stephon M. O’Connor, 20, of 214 North St., Feeding Hills, was fined $105 after being found responsible for speeding, had charges of number plate violation to conceal identity and uninsured motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for not having inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Lorenzo A. Solla, 23, of 40 Truman Circle, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not having an inspection sticker, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
James D. Yates, 32, of 57 Pelham St., Springfield, was fined $100 after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment and was found not responsible for lights violation and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Andrew J. Guiel, 26, of 121 Ridgeway Drive, Feeding Hills, was placed on six months probation after pleading guilty to charges of larceny under $250, brought by Southwick police.
