Johnathan R. Rojko, 27, of 213 N. 9th St., Las Vegas, received a six-month sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation for one year after pleading guilty to a charge of threat to commit crime, brought by Westfield Police.
Savuth Vith, 28, of Westfield, was held in lieu of $2,500 bail pending a May 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of breaking and entering into vehicle/boat in nighttime for a felony and larceny under $250, brought by Westfield Police.
Tykei T. Copeland, 20, of 11 Longview St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a June 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds and malicious destruction of property +$250, brought by Westfield State University Police.
