Petro Levchyk, 23, of 125 Fowler St., had charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle dismissed upon payment of $50 and was found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Stephen M. Rogalski, 58, of 119 Berkshire Ave., was released in lieu of $500 personal surety pending a July 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Alan L. Smith, 47, of 26 First St., was placed on three months probation after charges of assault & battery were continued without finding, brought by private complaint.
Amber-Lynn O Curran, 27, of 71 Kittredge Drive, was released in lieu of $500 personal surety pending a July 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of receiving stolen credit card, larceny over $250 by single scheme, two counts of improper use of credit card under $250, improper use of credit card over $250 and receiving improper credit card under $250 and separate charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by Westfield police.
Edward J. Arkoette, 55, of 27 Collins St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Kira E. Wood, 23, of 13 Laurel Ave., was placed on six months probation after charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
