Jason Coons, 34, of 92 Johnson St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Vyacheslav L. Pisarenko, 20, of 81 Bliss St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 10 day term in the house of correction to be served after he completes a term imposed by a Springfield court. He was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and for a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

Devante Sherman, 20, of 11 Brigham St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and larceny from a building brought by Westfield State University police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and charges of trespass, putting a person in fear while breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
William M. McGrath, 27, of 22 Pearl St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Joseph Theroux Jr., 44, of 15 Morris St., was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Jose Morales, 26, of 653 State St., Springfield, saw charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification not prosecuted.
Leo J. Poprovo III, 42, of 5 Lincoln St., was released on $500 personal surety pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
David M. Pfiffner, 35, of 107 Siley Road, North Granby, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny brought by Southwick police. In a separate case also brought by Southwick police, Pfiffner was also released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
George Yarns, 24, of 79 Beacon Circle, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Raymond G. Quatacker, 19, of 2 Sperry Road, Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on five charges of assault and battery on a public employee and charges of assault and battery, malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and disturbing the peace brought by State Police.
Elizabeth A. Scott, 31, of 69.5 Meadow St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of uttering a false check and charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
