Frank Giuffre, 33, of 825 Southampton Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield brought by Agawam police.
Brando T. Barber, 30, of 4 Spring St., Westfield, was released on $500 personal surety pending a May 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
