Nelson Freeman, 18, of 824 Sumner Ave., Springfield, saw a charge of wanton destruction of personal property valued less than $250 dismissed after the court accepted an accord and satisfaction filed on behalf of the defendant by the alleged victim.
Joseph M. Rajab, 18, of 21 Sabin St., Indian Orchard, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a household or family member and malicious destruction of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
Dana L. Ward, 65, of 148 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Ruslan V. Solokhin, 31, of 12 Bush St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Connor K. Hawkins, 26, of 7 Beveridge Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a state highway traffic violation brought by Southwick police.
Dillon Gatto, 21, of 13447 Aquiline Road, Jacksonville, Fla., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police.
Kyshawn Canales, 20, of 77 Elm St., 1st Floor, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
