D, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 23 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas A. Thurman, 37, of 101 Franklin St., Apt. 2, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting brought by Westfield police.
