Jesse P. Williams, 21, of 140 Congamond Road, Southwick, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Jan. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of carrying a loaded firearm without a license and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building brought by Southwick police.
