Angel L. Santiago, 29, of 77 Dunmoreland St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending an Aug. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Nicholaas C. Van Gelden, 24, of 1036 Min St., Granville, was released upon payment of $500 cash bail pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and wanton destruction of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Southwick police.
Avery D. Girard, 23, of 37 Mechanic St., Westfield, was released on $300 personal surety pending a Sept. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.
David C. Howard, 46, of 126 Main St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Ransford A. Kwade, 22, of no fixed address in Westfield, was found to be responsible for a a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and fined $150. Judge William O’Grady deemed the fine satisfied since Kwade had spent three days in jail awaiting his hearing.
