Lawrence W. Bailey, 33, of 139 Union St., Westfield, was released on $500 cash bail pending a July 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and vandalizing property brought by Southwick police.

Noah S. Wixom, 37, of 51 Orange St., was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, strangulation or suffocation and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police. Alicia A. Hansen, 35, of 10 Oakdale Ave., Westfield, was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a July 10 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.

Brandon J. Reynolds, 21, of 41 Norman St., Chicopee, was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.

Sergey N. Sevostyanov, 44, of 131 Belknap Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.

William Pagan-Rivera, 46, of 106 Noel St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.

Wakiem M. Rivas, 22, of 186 Walnut St., Agawam, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.

Jullian A. Santiago, 27, of 44 Savon Ave., Springfield, was released on $500 personal surety pending a July 24 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
